As an international design studio, AGS’ portfolio spans diverse locations from serene coastal residences in the Riviera Maya and lush suburban homes in The Woodlands, to luxury urban condos in New York City.

Drawing from her multicultural upbringing, Garza embraces a global, contemporary perspective on design. The studio finds inspiration in the architectural heritage of each project’s surroundings, ensuring that every space resonates with its local environment. Its approach seamlessly integrates architectural elements with interior design, achieving a flawless equilibrium between line, texture, and color to enhance the overall ambiance.

Recent AGS projects include a stunning three-bedroom home in Tribeca’s prestigious Four Seasons Residences at 30 Park Place, offering breathtaking views of the New York City skyline. Another notable project is an expansive 10,000-square-foot home set against the northern Mexican mountains, located in the highly coveted municipality of San Pedro Garza García, within the metropolitan area of Monterrey.
